Mezzanine Financing
Lending Solutions Group provides mezzanine financing to clients that require additional capital to cover the equity infusion of a transaction.
Asset Classes: We can finance any of the following asset classes: Multi-Family, Retail, Office, Hospitality, Industrial, Self-Storage, Senior Housing, and Special Purpose.
Location: Nationwide
Loan Amount: Our typically loan amounts are from $250,000 to $5 Million.
Deal Structure: The loan will be secured by ownership interests in the ownership entity. Equity participation can be considered as part of the entire package, and all deals are based upon Lending Solutions Group’s valuation of the underlying collateral. Inter-creditor agreements will be required in most cases. Borrower must infuse a minimum of 10% of the outstanding equity required to execute the transaction. Loan Terms: Terms from 1 month to 36 months are available.
