Lending Solutions Group, LLC was established to provide a seamless financing solution of structured and conventional financing, exclusively to commercial real estate investors.

Lending Solutions Group provides the full spectrum of commercial financing options that  includes structured financing, senior debt, commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized debt obligations, bridge/interim financing, construction financing, and acquisition and development financing.  Lending Solutions Group also works in concert with its affiliated company, MetaWorth Capital Funding, LP to provide mezzanine financing and joint venture partnerships.

Lending Solutions Group has the ability to acquire financing for its clients through its own funding sources in an abbreviated timeframe compared to many conventional lenders, and the company maintains strategic alliances with major lenders throughout the United States for its brokerage services.

The entire management team has extensive background, with over 60 years of combined experience in the commercial banking and property management industries.  In addition to services noted above, Lending Solutions Group also provides invaluable transaction management and consulting services, therefore maintaining the highest level of support to its commercial real estate investors with a one-on-one level of communication.
