Loan Types:

Lending Solutions Group offers both floating and fixed rates, fully amortizing or interest only, and term or lines of credit.

• First Commercial Real Estate Mortgages:  The collateral for this loan is a first lien position on the primary commercial real estate.
• Second or Third position Commercial Real Estate Mortgage: The collateral for this loan is a second or third lien position on the primary commercial real estate.
• Land Acquisition:  This loan can be structured as part of a development project where the exit strategy will be the financing of the development on a permanent basis.  This loan can also be for speculative land acquisition and thereby structured as a term loan. 
• Land Development:  These loans can be issued in phases based on the size of the loan or presales/ preleases.  We will require a take down schedule and 60-75% presale per phase.
• Mezzanine Financing
• Construction Loans
• Bridge and Interim Debt:  This is a loan structured on a short term basis as a temporary solution until permanent financing can be placed.
